Slimmer You

 



A lot of girls and woman want that slim, perfect body. But how do you get it? 
Well, this blog has 10 easy tips on how to get that body.
1. Eat a lot more fruits and veggies
2. Cut yourself off from unhealthy foods
3. Try not to eat food after dinner
4. Add a simple everyday workout 
5. Try to spend more time outside
6. Get active!
7. Ride bike, swim laps, jog, walk, etc...
8. Eat slower and eat less
9. Drink more water and less soda
10. Try to stay off your butt for 5 hours a day





Do this with friends to make it more fun!

5 Simple Tips to White Smile

Wondering how to have that beautiful white smile you've been craving to have?
    Well here's 5 easy tips to have that smile!

1. Use Colgate Optic White Toothpaste or Crest Whitening Toothpaste
2. Eat a lot of fresh, juicy fruits and fresh veggies
3. Brush your teeth for at least 4 minutes twice a day
4. Use Floss and Listerine with freshening breath and whitening
5. Rinse your mouth with water after each meal

Say Bye to Shaver Burn!



Calling all ladies! Do have Shaver Burn or Dry Legs?
   Well I got some news for you!! 

Everyday after I shave I put lotion on my legs. Guess what??? I have absolutely no Shaver Burn & my legs are soft & smooth. Want this? Put on lotion after every shave & you got gorgeous legs! I use Lubriderm Lotion.
